2009 Goals

Everyone you know has already created their 2009 goals, just like they have year after year. Everyone is optimistic, and everyone wants to make this year to be THEIR year. Well I have done the same, and I will share with you my 2009 goals, and how I plan to achieve them.

Now before I list my goals, I will explain my strategy with my goals system. Its not as complicated as the BCS, so it should be easy to follow.

I create #5 goals minimum. Each goal should have a subset and a time line. At least 25% of my goals need to be personal. To often people focus so much on business, instead of worrying about other important aspects of life.

Along with this years goals, I also make some goals that are staggered by years. This way I have this year, as well as next years, 3 years, and 5 years. I think 5 years is as far as you should go with your life projections, because so much can happen in that amount of time that there is no need to forecast any further. I know a lot of business seminars and schools will always ask the 10 year question, but I always believe in believe in what you are doing right now, and let the rest fall into place. I think my next blog should be about that…

Without further ado, here is the Goals of Brandon Berndt. Seeing them might help you understand my procedure.

Disclaimer: These are not in order of importance, because if they are your goals, all are just as important as the others.
